  • Boardroom

  • The Boardroom is available for both daytime and evening events, providing a formal yet warm space. The Boardroom is a private space located on the second floor of the museum. Accessed via lift and a high-level bridge, a large east-facing window gives panoramic views of the Royal Hospital Chelsea. An adjacent breakout space is included in the hire of the space. (Capacity: up to 40 guests)

  • Atrium

  • At the heart of the museum, the Atrium is a dramatic central space which extends from the lower ground floor to the full height of the building. Arranged across floors and running from the front to the rear of the museum, the Atrium creates a strong visual link between spaces. Used together with the Foyer or Cafe, it is an ideal space for a drinks reception, dance floor or after-dinner lounge area. (Capacity: up to 90 guests)

  • Foyle Centre

  • The Foyle Centre has been carefully designed to accommodate daytime and evening dining. The Foyle Centre has its own entrance on the west side of the building and is well connected to the rest of the museum and supporting facilities. It comprises four spaces – 1.2, 1.2, 2.1 and 2.2 – and is available to hire whole or in various configurations. Spaces 1.2 and 1.2 are separated by a soundproof partition and can to be used individually or as one large space. The same applies to 2.1 and 2.2. Capacities and prices are dependant on the space chosen. (Capacity: up to 150 guests)

  • Temporary Exhibition Space

  • The Temporary Exhibition Space houses a changing programme of special exhibitions. It also lends itself to events, and depending on the displays in place, can be hired for receptions. The is the largest single event space in the museum. A modular exhibition system enables it to be configured in multiple ways. The space goes dark during the Christmas and New Year period and is available to hire for parties, dinners, shows and fairs. (Capacity: up to 500 guests)
