The Court Room is one of the oldest continuously used meeting rooms in the City of London. (Capacity: up to 60)
The Livery Hall, now the venue for dinners and other events, was the original meeting place for members of the Company. The present room was built in 1671 and still retains late-seventeenth-century carving. (Capacity: up to 250)
The Boardroom was designed as a meeting room in the neoclassical style although it includes some baroque elements. The wood-panelled walls are embellished with acanthus leaves around the doorways and along the upper cornice, which runs above a narrow frieze of stylised flowers, leaves and fruit. (Capacity: up to 30)
This room is part of the 1990s redevelopment and acknowledges the Company’s association with swans. It is designed to have an ‘outdoor’ feel and is often used for wine tastings. (Capacity: up to 40)
If you are booking the Boardroom for your dinner or lunch, you may wish to use the Roof Garden for your reception drinks. This venue provides spectacular views over the City of London. (Capacity: up to 24)
The Drawing Room was redecorated in the current style in 1899 by Mr Schmidt and refurbished in 1989, with additional refurbishment to the ceiling in 2017. This space is perfect for a drinks reception or as a conference space. (Capacity: up to 158)
The Gassiot Room is named after Charles Gassiot (Master 1894) and is used for committee meetings, lunches and dinners. It is part of the 1990s redevelopment. It was built to replace the Smoking Room of 1899 which was demolished to make room for Vintners’ Place. (Capacity: up to 40)
The Business Suite was opened in January 2014. This is an ideal space if you are looking to hold a small meeting in the City. (Capacity: up to 4)
