Unveiling Searcys newest events venue, Surveyors House at RICS

Today, we are thrilled to announce our new partnership with the renowned event venue at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The newly named ‘Surveyors House at RICS Westminster’, is opening its doors for external conferences, meetings, receptions, weddings, dinners, and seasonal occasions.

Located in the heart of Westminster with views of iconic landmarks such as Big Ben, the Palace of Westminster, Westminster Abbey, and Parliament Square, the magnificent Victorian building offers the perfect backdrop for any event or conference. With features such as a grand marbled reception and a mosaic tiled floor in the lobby, Victorian elegance is expertly blended with modern functionality to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all visitors.

With capacity for up to 120 people, the Lecture Hall is fully equipped with video-conference facilities, speakers, a projector and screen, and an inbuilt stage. Meanwhile, breakout rooms, meeting rooms, and other adaptable areas can be utilised to offer a versatile space designed to meet all event needs, and rooms can be booked individually for smaller meetings as required.

For those seeking to mark a milestone celebration in style, tie the knot with the wedding of their dreams, or host an unforgettable Christmas party with some Searcys sparkle, the venue also offers a variety of stylish private rooms, sure to impress guests. Brimming with Victorian charm and character, the Lecture Hall can be transformed to host wedding ceremonies and receptions, whilst the Council Chamber offers the perfect setting for pre-dinner drinks.

Offering some of the best views in London, the roof terrace provides some of the most exclusive views of Parliament Square, Westminster Palace, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. A truly unique feature, the roof terrace is available for bookings in conjunction with the Lecture Hall as a breathtaking backdrop for wedding photos, and in addition to events at the President’s Dining Room.
