    With al-fresco dining set to open on 12 April across the country alongside many of Searcys’ venues and event spaces, this four-day Easter Weekend is, with any luck, the last holiday we’ll be spending in the confines of our own homes.

    Put all that culinary flair you’ve learned over the last 12 months to practice with some sensational Easter recipes from Searcys chefs. We’re thinking the spring flavours of this citrus cured salmon and potato, or a fresh and seasonal pea tagliatelle with the first of this year’s fresh peas. If you’ve got young children at home, get stuck into these adorable birds nest chocolate and coconut easter cupcakes. And finally, if you only make one thing this Easter, make sure it’s hot cross buns. Our recipe uses mixed spices and a honey glaze for that delicious sticky texture we all love.
