Working as a Waiting Staff - Conference & Training Suite for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver services that creates lasting memories. As a Waiting Staff - Conference & Training Suite you will work in Front of House, Conferences and Training Suite supporting Conference & Training Suite Manager in the day to day running of the venue.

Monday - Friday, Full Time 40 hrs per week

RESPONSIBILITIES:
To ensure the highest standard of service is given in terms of Food service, staff presentation and efficiency.
SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Arrive on time with the correct uniform and tools to start work.
- Liaise with clients, Manager's and colleagues to ensure all catering services are run efficiently and effectively.
- Deliver professional service to clients in line with host policy, procedures and expectations.
- Ensure that the phones are answered in the correct trained manner.
- Check catering sheets and Booking system for daily bookings and update as required.
- Set up rooms and organise trays, trolleys for each service.
- Responsible for delivering all food & beverages to the catering areas in the correct specified way and on time as per the Standard Operating Manual.
- Record all drinks accurately that have been issued and returned from catering areas for billing purposes.
- Ensure all general cleaning duties are carried out and recorded.
- To assist in stock takes of all wines, spirits, soft drinks and equipment.
- Assisting other catering areas when required.
- Attend relevant training sessions as required.
- Any other reasonable request by management.
- Must be well-presented and appropriate workplace appearance at all times
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- F&B product knowledge
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
