Searcys are looking for Hospitality Assistant for one of its City Based venues, as a Hospitality Assistant for Searcys you will work on the events and private dining for the venue and deliver quality service to our guests.
This role will be based in a B&I contract closely located to Moorgate.

Full Time : 40 hour contract
Salary: £13.15 per hour plus Overtime working Monday – Friday
Role Overview:
- To support with the successful delivery of the Food & Beverage Events Operation
- To wear the correct standard of uniform at all times
- To maintain a happy and helpful manner and attitude throughout your working hours
- To ensure a standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene as to comply with company and statutory regulations
- To ensure all company and statutory regulations pertaining to health & safety, hygiene & fire are adhered to at all times.
Role responsibilities:
- Play an integral role in the successful delivery of events across the site
- To work with the Hospitality team to plan, organise and deliver a successful operation of our events.
- Be able to read and understand the Ungerboeck booking system and deliver all refreshments as per request.
- To lay up and prepare dining rooms and service points according to the menu, numbers required and to Company standards and Client specification.
- To serve Hospitality meals and beverages, and to carry out all necessary waiting duties to the Company standards and Client specification.
- To give a professional and efficient service in the dining rooms and promote a friendly but discreet service.
- To clean down dining rooms and service areas as necessary, prior to and after service, and to ensure that all rooms are left ready for the next service.
- To be responsible for the cleanliness of the beverage prep area and sink. This will include washing up silver and glass polishing and sanitising surfaces.
- To attend meetings, courses and training sessions as may be necessary from time to time
- To ensure that all documentation is complete in an accurate and satisfactory way and are available to the manager at all times.
- To comply with all legal requirements with particular reference to (but not exclusively) fire regulations, security, licence requirements and any Local Authority or Client stipulations
- Experience in F&B operations (training will be provided)
