Wedding Venues

Did you know that Searcys has been hosting wedding celebrations for over 170 years? Established in 1847 by the Victorian entrepreneur and the Duke of Northumberland’s confectioner John Searcy, we have been at the heart of this most special of occasions since Victorian times. Our event managers, chefs and venue teams are ready to welcome you and your guests, ensuring that your special day is safe and enjoyable. Over the past year, we have been curating bespoke weddings for couples, customising options for menus, wine lists, room set ups and entertainment, to let your personality shine. Make it special. Make it Searcys.

Peace of Mind

We are here to support you during these uncertain times. Our team of event planners will provide you with expert advice on venue choice and guide you through the wedding preparations from start to finish. While venue show rounds may not be possible at the moment, we are happy to arrange individual virtual tours of our beautiful spaces.

Our London wedding venues happen to be near some of the City’s most famous landmarks, making an incredible backdrop for making memories. The historic Inner Temple is in a quiet oasis between Temple and Blackfriars and has been holding events for some of the greatest minds for more than 600 years. One Moorgate Place is the ideal location for those wanting a modern London wedding that will make an impression. For a London wedding venue with a wonderful roof terrace and central London location, our grade-II listed building 30 Euston Square has picturesque views over Euston and beyond.

Escape the City completely with a wedding reception venue at our Pump Rooms in Bath and Blenheim Palace in Oxford, which both make for the perfect country retreat. With a flame-lit evening reception next to the ancient Roman Baths, a wedding at the Pump Rooms is a step back in time, while tying the knot amongst the grandeur and formal gardens of Blenheim Palace is every inch the fairy-tale.

From our manor house wedding venues to more modern environments, our exclusive events teams are always on hand to talk you through our range of different packages and help you organise everything from canapes to cloak room facilities.

At the Gherkin, we have wedding packages for all different wedding sizes so you can start your lifelong journey together with an intimate seated dinner for 140 guests, or a glittering cocktail reception for up to 260.

Described by the Queen as “one of the modern wonders of the world”, Searcys at the Barbican has a selection of delectable packages that include an evening street food station and exclusive hire from noon to midnight.

The Brasserie at St Pancras International is also fully licensed to host wedding ceremonies on the Grand Terrace, where you can welcome guests with an opulent Champagne fountain before sauntering across to the 1920s art deco style brasserie to relish a bespoke wedding breakfast and dance the night away to a live band or DJ.
