We are looking to recruit a General Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. As General Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial contract, which includes the members lounge, restaurant and events space.
Hospitality Manager – Retail & Restaurant
We are looking to recruit a Hospitality Manager to support our General Manager in ensuing excellence is deliver across the catering contract. As Hospitality Manager, the successful candidate will support the General Manager closely to ensure the smooth operation of our retail café and restaurant, in addition to supporting events as and when required. Therefore, the ideal candidate must have a strong operational understanding of managing retail outlets/restaurants.
Deputy General Manager – One Moorgate Place
We are now looking to recruit a Deputy General Manager to join the team, reporting directly to the General Manager supporting the day-to-day operation of the café and private members lounge, in addition to providing support to the hospitality department as and when required. The café serves approximately 200 covers per day to our shared members and staff, and our brand new members and staff club lounge, includes a cocktail bar with formal seating approximately 35 covers and informal seating of approximately 30 covers. The lounge is a contemporary design offering breakfast, lunch and dinner with an extensive wine, cocktail and drinks list.
Deputy Operations Manager – Conference & Banqueting
An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Operations Manager to join the team at 30 Euston Square, to assist the Operations Manager to deliver seamless service to all areas of the conference and events department. This is a full time, permanent role reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
Restaurant Manager – The Pump Room
Searcys are delighted to manage the catering contract at the Pump Room in Bath. During the day, the Pump Room operates as a restaurant and is open for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. In July, August and December, the restaurant opens in the evening for late tea and dinner.
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant Manager to join the Searcys team in Bath, to manage the predominantly day time restaurant at the Pump Room. This is a full time, permanent opportunity reporting directly to the General Manager – Graham Plumb.
Assistant Restaurant Manager – Roman Baths Kitchen
The Roman Baths Kitchen is a grade II townhouse bar and restaurant located in the heart of Bath, complete with our very own private dining rooms where we can cater for; private dining, cocktail masterclasses, or a relaxing afternoon tea experience to name but a few. A balance of traditional Georgian features and contemporary furnishings creates a warm and relaxing setting for our customers. We create delicious and fresh seasonal dishes from our talented kitchen team, which is served to our customers by our brilliant front of house team.
