Food & Beverage Manager – Honourable Artillery Company
The Honourable Artillery Company is a unique historic venue based in Moorgate, which was originally founded in 1537, and is a registered charity with a membership association, which still maintains an active regiment as a core part of today's Army Reserve.
The magnificent Georgian mansion is set within a five-acre hidden garden, just a few minutes from Moorgate station. Inside the historic building, the Armoury House, the Prince Consort Rooms and the Artillery Garden rooms can accommodate lavish parties of 10 to 700 guests. Outside, the stunning garden offers the perfect setting for weddings, summer parties and sporting events for up to 5,000 guests.
General Manager – Retail & Events at Weston Park
Weston Park is an independent Charitable Trust, which is set among 1,000 acres of landscaped parkland, which is rich in history, and has an internationally important art collection, alongside all the grandeur you would expect from a stately home, with a modern outlook.
Searcys operations team are delighted to confirm that we have been appointed as the new caterers at Weston Park. The catering and hospitality operation includes lavish events catered for within the main house, which has 28 bedrooms available, a destination offer for the local market within The Granary Grill restaurant, where we will offer a classic British relaxed dining offer and a bakery, which will offer guests savoury pastries, open deli style sandwiches, soup, artisan coffee and teas and our signature bakery table which will offer cakes and sweet pastries.

Due to an internal promotion, we are currently looking to recruit a Senior Conference and Banqueting Manager. This role will assist the Deputy Operations Manager in delivering a seamless service to all areas of the department.
