Reporting to the Head of Sales for Searcys at the Gherkin, we are looking to recruit a Head of Reservation & Retail Sales on a full time, permanent basis. This is a customer focused, proactive sales role and will work closely with the relevant departments to ensure effective management of the guest reservations and retail sales department.

Karim LeCloarec, General Manager at the Gherkin is currently looking to recruit a Head of Operations, on a full time permanent basis. As Head of Operations, the successful role holder will be responsible for delivering exceptional and consistent service to our guests across our retail and event business, in line with financial and operational budgets.
