A ROYAL COOKBOOK DINNER

Join us for a special, one-off event with Edward Griffiths CVO, former Deputy Master of the Royal Household, working for Her Majesty The Queen. Taking place on Wednesday, 8th June, the evening will start with a talk by Edward followed by an exclusive three-course dinner where you can taste some of the famous recipes featured in his book. Dishes will include a Rack of Suffolk lamb with asparagus, new potatoes, lamb jus and sauce Paloise and Sable Breton with English strawberries and lemon cream.

We are honoured that our very special jubilee cocktail has been featured in the official Platinum Jubilee Cookbook by Ameer Kotecha - a collection of dishes and stories from Her Majesty’s representatives around the world. The Britannic’all cocktail will be available exclusively at St Pancras Brasserie and Champagne Bar from Thursday 2 June to Saturday 4 June from 12pm.
