New Champagnes to discover at this year’s Bubbly Show:
Duval-Leroy

Founded in 1859 and still family-owned, Duval-Leroy is a gastronomic reference Champagne, served in over 300 Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide. The only ‘Grande Maison’ established in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, Duval Leroy has an intimate and enduring understanding of the terroirs classified as Grand Cru and Premier Cru.
This privileged geographical and cultural position has shaped the Maison’s identity for over a century, fostering a deep connection with Champagne’s finest Chardonnay vineyards in Champagne. In 1911, with the introduction of the cru scale, Raymond Duval-Leroy created an exceptional cuvée, blending Chardonnay and Pinot Noir exclusively from Premier and Grand Cru villages, inspired by its floral, airy expression and named it Fleur de Champagne. Crafted with an unwavering commitment to purity, finesse and precision, its enduring style remains 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, aged for eight years on the lees to deliver its signature complexity.
Champagne Bruno Paillard

Founded in 1981, Bruno Paillard is defined by precision, restraint and transparency. Known for low dosage, extended ageing and a clear focus on terroir, the House produces Champagnes of remarkable purity and structure. Its style appeals to those who favour freshness, minerality and wines that reward contemplation as much as celebration.
Joseph Perrier

Established in 1825, Joseph Perrier is one of Champagne’s historic family houses, balancing tradition with a modern, approachable style. Drawing from carefully selected vineyards, its Champagnes are elegant, expressive and consistently food-friendly — making them a favourite both at the table and for celebratory moments.
Champagne Canard-Duchêne

Founded in 1868 and rooted in the Montagne de Reims, Canard-Duchêne is celebrated for its expressive Pinot Noir-led Champagnes. With a bold, contemporary identity and a heritage tied to nature and craft, the House produces wines that combine depth, character and freshness.
Champagne Thiénot

A relatively modern Champagne house founded in 1985, Thiénot has quickly earned a reputation for elegant, fruit-driven Champagnes. Privately owned and quality-focused, the House blends tradition with innovation, producing refined cuvées with clarity and balance.
New English Sparkling vineyards to sample this year…

Located in Kent and planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the estate represents a long-term vision for English sparkling wine, underpinned by Champagne expertise and English terroir.
Hundred Hills
Situated in Oxfordshire, Hundred Hills is known for its meticulous, Burgundian-inspired approach to English sparkling wine. With an emphasis on site selection, low yields and extended lees ageing, the estate produces refined, age-worthy cuvées with remarkable elegance and depth.
