Senior Chef De Partie


We are now looking for Senior Chef De Parties to work with our talented brigade of chefs!

1. Requirements and Responsibilities


  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar role
  • Passionate
  • Organised
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene preferable

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty
  • Managing and training our Demi-Chef, Chef De Parties or Commis Chef
  • Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
  • Ensuring yourself and your team practice a high level of the Food and Hygiene Standard
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
