We are now recruiting for an Exclusive Events Sales Executive to join the team here at Searcys!

1. Job role expectations

Main Purpose: To work towards an agreed budget by placing event bookings into the collection of venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To take incoming enquiries in accordance with Searcy standards and procedures
  • To work towards individual revenue and activity KPI’s / target
  • To follow-up on all enquiries within agreed time frame
  • To organise showrounds for clients with venue sales teams
  • To follow-up on all showrounds within agreed timeframe
  • To pro-actively identify and follow-up on all potential sales leads
  • To manage and maintain the CRM/database
  • To manage & record the referral of sales enquiries across the group
  • To maintain good working relationships with all venue teams and keep them up-to-date with ongoing enquiries
  • To work with the venue sales teams to identify key business opportunities
  • To assist with all client networking/ fam/ expos as and when required
  • To follow up on all past clients and lost business opportunities

Monthly KPI’s: (to be reviewed monthly)

  • To achieve a 20% conversion rate enquiries/referrals generated
  • Achieve an agreed personal target of revenue a month
  • Achieve a min 80% score rating for mystery shop calls
