We are now looking to recruit a talented an experienced Chef de Partie Pastry to join our team!

1. Requirements and Responsibities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Pastry Chef de Partie .
  • Passionate, energetic and self-motivated
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Can do attitude
  • Team player
  • The ability to lead when necessary

Responsibilities:

  • You will assist in supervising the day-to-day pastry kitchen operations, staff and all food preparations within this section.
  • Ensure all food preparations are kept and maintained at a high standard.
  • To follow kitchen procedures and health and safety policies
  • Follow all instructions from your Head Pastry Chef.
