·Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Pastry Chef de Partie .
·Passionate, energetic and self-motivated
·Ability to keep calm under pressure
·Excellent attention to detail
·Can do attitude
·The ability to lead when necessary
·You will assist in supervising the day-to-day pastry kitchen operations, staff and all food preparations within this section.
·Ensure all food preparations are kept and maintained at a high standard.
·To follow kitchen procedures and health and safety policies
·Follow all instructions from your Head Pastry Chef.
