What We Learned at The Christmas Party Show 2026

The Christmas Party Show is always one of the highlights of the events calendar, but this year felt particularly special.

Over two busy days, our team had the pleasure of welcoming hundreds of event planners, agencies and corporate bookers to the Searcys stand, each looking for inspiration for their Christmas celebrations and end-of-year events. From intimate festive dinners to large-scale corporate parties, the conversations were varied, creative and full of excitement for a season that feels like it’s just around the corner!

What stood out most wasn’t just the interest in our collection of venues, it was the enthusiasm for creating experiences. Time and again, visitors sat down with our teams to discuss everything from room layouts and guest journeys to festive menu options, entertainment ideas and how best to bring their vision to life. Watching our venue experts pore over floor plans, recommend spaces and share their knowledge was a reminder that successful events begin long before guests arrive.

Whether discussing the historic grandeur of Gray’s Inn, the breathtaking skyline views from Horizon 22, the festive versatility of The HAC, the elegance of 116 Pall Mall or the hidden charm of venues such as Inner Temple and Barber-Surgeons’ Hall, our teams were passionate about matching clients with the perfect setting for their celebration.
