Summer Break Recipe

- 50ml gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25g sugar
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 slice of watermelon
Method
- Add 50ml of gin, 25ml of lemon juice and 25g of sugar into a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake well
- Strain into a glass with ice
- Serve with mint and watermelon
