Passports at the ready as St Pancras Champagne Bar by Searcys unveils Le Grand’ Unlock

Head on the ultimate European roundtrip with family and friends as St Pancras Champagne Bar by Searcys unveils its summer menu Le Grand’ Unlock. In partnership with Veuve Clicquot and Minuty, Europe’s longest Champagne Bar is treating guests to a journey across six countries without leaving the station, complete with a ‘Tasty Case’ of small plates, bespoke Champagne cocktails and, of course, plenty of bubbles.

With travel unlocking, be transported around the continent with a selection of delicious small plates inspired by European destinations. Get onboard in one of the Champagne Bar private leather booths and browse through a food map of dishes from Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. Served in a stylish suitcase, take a culinary trip, and indulge on a selection of small plates including Pannekoeken, Dutch pancakes with caramel and apple, Embutidos, Spanish Charcuterie and olives, Bourguignon, Slow-cooked beef with creamed potato, and Im Schlafrock, a German sausage roll with pickled vegetables. Choose a ‘Tasty Case’ of six dishes all for only £36, suitable for two.

Passports at the ready as the pop-up also sees the launch of a passport menu featuring Veuve Clicquot and Minuty both by the glass and bottle, alongside bespoke cocktails; a selection of four Champagne cocktail creations, including Berry Garden (Beefeater gin, Chase Elderflower liqueur, raspberry, Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label), Rich 2015 (Beefeater gin, Chambord raspberry liqueur and Veuve Clicquot Rich Rosé) and La Provence (Rinquinquin à la Pêche liqueur, elderflower cordial and Minuty Prestige Rosé), perfectly paired with any dishes from The Tasty Case.

Bubbles will be flowing from the extensive list of Champagnes, available by the glass and bottle, or share the love with friends over a magnum pour.
