  • St Pancras Brasserie and Champagne Bar by Searcys announces reopening on Monday 21st September

    20 September 2020
    St Pancras Brasserie

    St Pancras Brasserie

On Monday 21st September, St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys will be reopening its doors, offering its crowd-pleasing signature dishes, along with a Veuve Clicquot Champagne Trio. The launch follows the successful reopening of Searcys’ Champagne Bar, Europe’s longest Champagne Bar earlier this summer.

Located in the heart of St Pancras International station, the St Pancras Brasserie and Champagne Bar by Searcys offers the perfect escape from the bustle of the station, ideal for London travellers and those looking for a meeting spot for business lunches and leisurely occasions and dates. Celebrating its British heritage, the Brasserie will be back serving their popular à la carte menu created by head chef Colin Layfield. Dishes will include classics of beer-battered haddock with minted peas and chips, and a hearty Creedy Carver chicken pie, to Searcys plant-based plates including their Jerusalem artichoke spelt with wild mushroom and truffle. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in one of the Searcys timeless desserts, from Norfolk treacle tart with Devonshire clotted cream, or a chocolate and hazelnut mousse served with salted caramel ice cream.

There will also be a Veuve Clicquot Champagne Trio for diners to sip away, available in both the Brasserie and the Champagne Bar. Bottles popping open for the monthly Tasting Trio will include the iconic Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, along with Veuve Clicquot Rosé and Veuve Clicquot 2012 Vintage Blanc, priced at £27 for the tasting experience.

St Pancras Brasserie and Champagne Bar by Searcys will be open seven days a week for the first time since the lockdown, with bookings available for parties up to six people, adhering to government guidelines and safety measures. A new table layout across the Brasserie has been created to comply with social distancing, while the famous Champagne Bar offers separate leather-clad booths and buzzers at tables for drinks to be ordered directly to tables.

    Opening Times:

    • St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys: Monday-Saturday 12pm-7pm, Sunday 12pm-4.30pm
    • St Pancras Champagne Bar by Searcys: Monday to Saturday, from 10am till 8pm (Snack menu 12pm-7pm), Sunday 12pm till 5pm (Snack menu till 4.30pm)
