30 EUSTON SQUARE

Introducing 30 Euston Square, an award-winning, seven-floored corporate events venue in the heart of central London. SEARCYS AT THE GHERKIN

Set in the heart of the city is one of the City of London’s most iconic landmarks, Searcys at the Gherkin is a hugely versatile event space, restaurant and bar. Perfect for a Christmas party of any size: spanning across the top three floors, Levels 39 and 40 can host 140 seated dinner guests, or 260 standing guests, plus five private dining rooms on Level 38 for smaller and more intimate parties.

Offering a 360 view over the city, no matter where you dine and bespoke decorations to fully dress the space for picture-perfect moments, this unique event venue is designed to create an uninterrupted backdrop of London for Christmas parties.

116 Pall Mall is a magnificent Grade I-listed Georgian building nestled in the heart of the historic theatreland of the West End. Built in 1828, it is home to the Institute of Directors, and one of the most multifaceted venues in London, offering co-working spaces, conference, banqueting and meeting rooms, a brasserie, plus a Searcys Champagne bar hidden within the old wine cellars of the Prince of Wales – as well as a garden in the heart of the bustling city. With five floors of flexible spaces, it is a versatile venue that welcomes clients and guests from all sectors to host a wide range of events, from corporate occasions, and private events to festive celebrations, filming and weddings. The team prides itself on our adaptability to host any style of event, large or small. The building itself captivates visitors with its opulent décor, period charm, unique heritage and beautifully preserved original features, including sweeping staircases and breath-taking chandeliers – all enhanced by flawless service.

IET LONDON: SAVOY PLACE 

IET London: Savoy Place is as renowned for its facilities as its venue team. Described as ‘friendly’, ‘helpful’ and ‘professional’, these qualities continue to win new business and build valuable long-term relationships.

The team, comprised of staff from the IET and our service provider partners, collaborates with colleagues from across the organisation daily. They take a ‘one team approach’, trusting in each other to deliver. The venue has invested heavily in its industry-leading IT and AV infrastructure, including a £20,000 fibre installation and £120,000 investment in Wi-Fi 6, and Event Coordinators are trained by AV colleagues, empowering them to confidently respond to customer queries and requests. This has helped bring business back up to 2018 and 2019 levels, and record months this February, March and April. The team also regularly collaborates with our in-house production company iet.tv to deliver additional value. In 2022 they supported 50+ hybrid events, worth £200,000 to this part of the business, with many already run in 2023.

 Searcys also proudly took home a handful of Silver and Bronze Awards at this year’s London Venue Awards.
