  • Searcys and BaxterStorey announce new partnership with Richard Corrigan

    We are delighted to announce that acclaimed chef, Richard Corrigan, has joined the WSH family as Chef Partner for both Searcys and BaxterStorey.

    A giant on the London restaurant scene, Richard is famed for his unique energy and passion for seasonal ingredients sourced from Britain and Ireland. His restaurant, Corrigan’s Mayfair has been awarded London Restaurant of the year, while Bentley’s and Daffodil Mulligan continue to be shining stars on the London restaurant scene. His estate, Virginia Park Lodge in Ireland also provides his restaurants, including his soon-to-open The Park Café, Dublin, with fresh wild herbs, vegetables, and fruits.

    Having partnered with Richard in the past, we are very excited to welcome him back to the business. He will be working alongside our talented chefs to develop new menus and signature dishes to be introduced into our wonderful locations including the Searcys at Gherkin, The Barbican and The Pump Room, Bath, as well as many of our prestigious event venues.

    About Richard Corrigan

    Richard Corrigan’s expansive career has seen him open numerous restaurants, gain Michelin stars, write two recipe books, and even cook for the Queen and Barack Obama, and he regularly makes appearances on radio and television; notably winning Great British Menu three times, and also being a regular judge on the popular BBC series. Richard runs Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill off Piccadilly, Corrigan’s Mayfair, Daffodil Mulligan as well as Virginia Park Lodge in Co. Cavan, Ireland. Richard is well known for his generous hospitality as well as his passion for seasonal produce sourced in Britain and Ireland from small and independent suppliers.
