Fizz-tastic Champagne Masterclasses – Searcys at The Gherkin, St Pancras by Searcys and 116 Pall Mall

Pop the corks and learn the art of champagne with a guided tasting and paired dinner at Searcys’ landmark locations, the Gherkin and 116 Pall Mall. Led by one of Searcys fizz experts, become a bubble connoisseur with an interactive masterclass, tutored taste-testing of three vintages, all perfectly matched with the best of British seasonal dishes. Have a laugh at a comedy night – 116 Pall Mall

Tickle your funny bones with The Comedy Show in the Duke café at 116 Pall Mall on Thursday 23rd February. Kicking off from 7pm, grab your seat to watch as some of London’s up and coming comedians take to the stage, with a line-up including Russell Hicks (Off the Grid podcast), Fumbi Omotayo, Russell Arathoon and Live at the Apollo’s Ria Lina. Partnering with the London Contemporary Orchestra, be immersed in a musical dining experience in the heart of theatreland. Taking place at the Grade II listed 116 Pall Mall, enjoy a Searcys afternoon tea or a glass of fizz in the underground Champagne Bar, followed by an exclusive concert by London’s finest orchestra for a fun and jubilant evening. Running throughout the year, upcoming concerts include a St Patrick’s Day bash and a Midsummer soirée.

Coffee Workshops with Extract Coffee – Extract Coffee Roasters in Bermondsey

Join Searcys’ coffee partner, Extract Coffee Roasters, for a Home Barista Workshop at its Bermondsey roastery. Caffeine addicts will follow the journey from bean to cup and learn how the roasting process can impact the flavour of their favourite brew. Master the art of pulling shots of espresso, perfect your pour with a latte-art tutorial and shake up an espresso martini for a boozy hit. Plus, there will be a complimentary glass of Searcys Champagne on arrival and an Extract goodie bag to take home, with proceeds from every ticket going to Searcys’ charity partners, the Beyond Food Foundation and Hotel School.
