Searcys Launches Apprenticeship Journey on National Hospitality Day 2021 with a structured programme of development journeys within our industry, including front-of-house, hospitality, chefs, managers and support functions – finance, HR and marketing.

Today is a nationwide celebration of our brilliant and resilient venues, restaurants, bars, our people and the suppliers that support us. National Hospitality Day is a chance for the nation to say “welcome back – we’ve missed you”! It is a celebration of all that’s great about UK hospitality; a collective shout-out for the places we’ve all missed; and a financial shot in the arm for a sector that’s been hit hardest by Covid.

Today, we are delighted to be launching our 2021-2022 Apprenticeship programme with loads of options for your professional development.

APPRENTICESHIP – THE WAY TO YOUR DEVELOPMENT

On the National Hospitality Day, we will be introducing our new Apprenticeship Journey, which will provide you with more information on the type of programmes available. You’ll find an outline of a range of popular development journeys within our industry, including those for front-of-house, hospitality, chefs, managers and support functions – finance, HR and marketing, as well as information on how to join the programme.

The WSH Group is working in partnership with a range of learning providers to deliver innovative training and development for existing team members and those who join us, seeking a career into the future. These journeys combine practical on-the-job training with study. They can be offered to all team members.
