Rise up to the top of London’s most iconic skyscraper for culture and cocktails in the sky as we launch our first art exhibition with contemporary paper artist, Lisa Lloyd, from October 1st to November 30th 2022.

Journey to our 39th floor to be greeted by the colourful and intricate hand-created masterpieces by Hove based artist Lisa Lloyd  Rise’, with all pieces made entirely from paper. Inspired by the shapes and movement found in nature, the pieces have been specially designed by Lisa for Searcys and are available to purchase.

Blending art with gastronomy, diners can get a taste of art at the bar, with the talented Iris bar mixologists creating two special edition drinks inspired by the series. Tipples include Rise 1 (elderflower liquor, grenadine, lemon juice), and Rise 2 (violet liquor, lychee liquor, curacao liquor and lemon juice), both topped with Searcys Cuvée Brut Champagne. Pair with bar nibbles or, for a more indulgent experience, opt for Searcys Afternoon Tea or dinner at the Helix restaurant downstairs.

About Lisa Lloyd

Working in the commercial industry for over 20 years, Lisa began to work with paper around 9 years ago and it is now her sole profession. Producing paper artwork and sculptures for both commercial and private clients around the world, which have ranged from editorial work to large scale installations and visual merchandising,  Lisa’s work has been featured across numerous publications including ELLE Décor Italia, The Times and The Guardian, with previous clients including Waitrose, BBC, Conde Nast and The British Heart Foundation. Exhibitions have included ‘Bestiaire Du Papier’ at Moulin Du Got France, ‘The Art of Langleys’ in London alongside the Milan Design Week 2018 and the Clerkenwell Design Week in 2015, while most recently, her work has appeared at HOMO Faberin Venice and the Rheged centre in Cumbria.
