Searcys 1847 Cocktail

We have created a new cocktail, the Searcys 1847, a nod to the foundation date of the UK’s longest-standing restaurateur and hospitality company. The cocktail includes a mix of vodka, Grand Marnier and elderflower liqueur, topped with Searcys Selected Cuvée Brut and 23ct edible gold leaf.

INGREDIENTS

5ml Elderflower liqueur
15ml Gran Marnier
20ml Sipsmith vodka
Searcys Selected Cuvée Brut, NV

METHOD

Shake well without the champagne, pour out into a flute glass and top up with Searcys own champagne. Garnish with an edible gold leaf.
