Searcys are seeking a Head of Sales and Marketing for a 12 month Mat Leave Cover, for one of their most decadent properties based in the affluent Pall Mall.

116 Pall Mall is a magnificent Georgian building in the heart of London, just moments from some of the city’s most sought-after spots. Opened in 1828, it’s now home to the Institute of Directors.

With five floors of versatile and flexible spaces, we welcome hundreds of corporate occasions, private events, festive celebrations and weddings every year.

Salary - Competitive and KPI Bonus

As the Head of Sales and Marketing your key responsibility is to ensure, through effective team management and in line with operational agreements, that the annual revenue budget is achieved whilst not compromising profit margins.

You will achieve this by recruiting, developing and supporting your team to achieve their individual KPI’s via exemplary leadership and introducing effective initiatives and processes and by creating and leading on the delivery an effective marketing plan to maximise the commercial use of the venue.

  • To be target driven and proactively manage and develop revenue from new business leads including growth of IoD membership meetings and events
  • To produce and achieve the annual sales and marketing plan that includes a robust yield management strategy considerations
  • Responds quickly to drive business through periods of low demand
  • To produce a monthly sales, marketing and PR activity to Venue Director for client review
  • Responsible for the management of the CRM system, including but not limited to ensuring seasonal packages and products are accurately listed and their revenue properly allocated to the relevant revenue stream
  • To host weekly meetings with Sales Team to update of progress, areas of focus, new initiatives
  •  To support and mentor the team to perform towards “Searcys Sales Standards” and ensure each team member performs towards their individuals KPI’s
  • To produce weekly reports including BOB, New Enquires, Site Visits, Status Change
