Honeycomb Mocha

INGREDIENTS
- 18g espresso
- 28g dark hot chocolate
- 2 pumps honeycomb syrup
- 240g semi-skimmed milk
- 5g honeycomb
METHOD
- In a short heatproof glass or latte cup mix espresso, hot chocolate and honeycomb syrup together into a paste with a splash of hot milk.
- Top with steamed milk and garnish with honeycomb.
