In 173-year history, Searcys has seen many wonderful events grace their venues, but also significant worldwide challenges. We hold founder John Searcys’ values close to their hearts and will be there to support our teams, partners and customers in the best way we can.
In these unpredictable times, we would like to confirm that our central events sales team Exclusive Events is making every practical step to offer as much support possible. We have implemented a series of measures to assist you with future and existing bookings, with our dedicated Exclusive Events team on hand to help with any enquiries and planning.
Exclusive Events team is working, albeit remotely, between 09.00 and 17.00 every day, Monday to Friday, and is here to help you. Please call on 020 7101 0220 or enquire online here or drop a note to email@example.com.
- We use fully-integrated cloud technology, with mobile and remote team-working systems, and thus are well equipped and ready to support you.
- If organisers feel any hesitancy with regards to an existing booking, Searcys will facilitate alternative arrangements through the Exclusive Events team.
- Events that were booked to take place at the closed venues after 19 March, in April or May this year, can be rescheduled for any time before the end of September 2020 with no cancellation charge.
In the meantime, we continue to work in a variety of different ways, and you can stay up to date on all our restaurants and venues via our website and on social media @SearcysLondon. Keep an eye out for tips on baking and for cooking at home, which will be shared over the coming weeks. We are also supporting its partners by sharing their stories and news across Searcys channels.
