The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple is a professional organisation based in the City of London that primarily services the needs and development of its members. Their membership is made up of lawyers, judges, QCs and law students. We have held the catering contract there since 2000.

Our services include the delivery of internal and external events, staff dining, Pegasus – the members’ restaurant and bar, and providing all sales and marketing services for external events.

The busiest months of the year are June and July, as a marquee is constructed in the manicured garden. The marquee increases capacity by 600 people per day for receptions. This aspect of the business has grown greatly over the years and is now a key contributor to the Inner Temple’s revenue.
