Case Study
30 Euston Square, home to the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP), is a conference, meetings and events venue. It benefits from 18 meeting rooms, an exam centre, a 300- seat auditorium and exhibition space with 3D screen, six heritage boardrooms, as well as a stunning rooftop terrace.
We oversee the catering, sales and marketing of the venue and delivery of all events. These events include internal hospitality, as well as external events for a wide range of private and corporate clients.

In the reception area of the building, we manage the licensed Café Caritas, a cafe that serves visitors to the building, in-house staff, guest College members and the public. The offer changes throughout the day, from pastries, coffee and porridge in the morning to sandwiches, salads, and hot dishes at lunch. As a venue, we focus heavily on providing our clients with quality and value.
As a result, in our time at 30 Euston Square, we have made a significant impact in the growth of the external venue revenue.
