Beetroot Red Velvet Hot Chocolate

A rich and decadent take on hot chocolate

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp (3g) Beetroot powder

28g Dark hot chocolate

240g Semi-skimmed milk

METHOD

In a short heatproof glass or latte cup mix beetroot powder, hot chocolate and a splash of hot milk into a paste.

Top with steamed milk to serve.
