Beetroot Red Velvet Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp (3g) Beetroot powder
- 28g Dark hot chocolate
- 240g Semi-skimmed milk
METHOD
- In a short heatproof glass or latte cup mix beetroot powder, hot chocolate and a splash of hot milk into a paste.
- Top with steamed milk to serve.
