    At Searcys, exceptional dining experiences begin with exceptional people. That’s why we are proud to announce the launch of our inaugural Chef of the Year Competition, created in partnership with Laurent-Perrier.

    Designed to celebrate the remarkable talent across our venues and events portfolio, the competition will bring together chefs from throughout the business to showcase their creativity, technical expertise and passion for hospitality. More than a culinary challenge, the initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to nurturing talent, championing innovation and investing in the future of hospitality.

    Celebrating Culinary Excellence

    For more than 175 years, Searcys has built its reputation on delivering outstanding food and drink experiences. Today, our chefs continue to push boundaries, creating menus that balance heritage with contemporary tastes and evolving guest expectations.

    The Chef of the Year Competition has been developed to provide a platform for our culinary teams to demonstrate their skills, share ideas and develop dishes that embody the quality and creativity synonymous with the Searcys name.

    Through a series of competitive stages, participants will be challenged to create innovative dishes that showcase seasonal ingredients, technical precision and exceptional presentation, while complementing the elegance and character of Laurent-Perrier Champagnes.
