Brewing a Better Future: Searcys and Notes Coffee

At Searcys, we believe every cup of coffee can do more than simply start your morning, it can make a positive impact. Through our partnership with Notes Coffee, we’re proud to share that, in just the first half of this year, Searcys has contributed nearly 300 trees as part of Notes’ inspiring Roast-Tree Club initiative.

What Is the Roast-Tree Club?
Founded in 2023 by the team at Notes Coffee, the Roast-Tree Club began with a simple yet powerful idea:

For every 20 kilograms of coffee purchased from the Roast-Tree Club range, a tree would be planted, and cared for, for at least ten years.

What started as a small initiative has grown into something far more meaningful. Working alongside Daterra Coffee in Brazil, the project has already seen over 11,000 trees planted, with thousands more planned for the year ahead.

Each tree forms part of a carefully managed reforestation project designed to restore soil health, reintroduce native species, and encourage the return of wildlife, helping to create long-term, self-sustaining ecosystems that benefit both the planet and local communities.

Searcys’ Impact

Through our partnership with Notes Coffee, every espresso poured and cappuccino shared across our venues is contributing to meaningful environmental change. In just six months, our teams have brewed through 6,000 kilograms of coffee beans, helping to plant nearly 300 trees, each one representing our shared commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing.
