Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to lead our Waiting Team and assist with the restaurant & Champagne Bar. You will be required to run sections during restaurant service as well as assisting high end events and closing the Venue. 

We are currently seeking a professional, proactive, and service-driven Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Searcys St Pancras Brasserie. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail.

Salary:  up to £19.00 per hour

Working 5 days over 7

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service across the Restaurant & Champagne Bar

• Cash Ups

• Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and member satisfaction

• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring

• Handle member queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and discretion

• Ensure the venue maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Support the management team in implementing policies and enhancing service offerings

• Oversee events and private functions as required

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality

• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
