  • Our New Autumn Winter Menus!

    At Searcys, we are delighted to introduce our Autumn Winter 2025 menu collection, celebrating the very best of British seasonal produce with flavour, creativity, and responsible sourcing at its heart. Across our canapés, bowl food, and main courses, we have crafted dishes that showcase heritage ingredients, from Highland venison and Cornish lobster to imaginative plant-based and vegetarian creations.

     

    This season, we are especially proud of our vegetarian and plant-based offerings. Highlights include our Heritage beetroot terrine with hazelnut cream, Salted baked heritage carrots with pine nut and barley crumb, and Honey and sesame parsnip tart with tonka cream. For seafood lovers, Cornish hake with Jerusalem artichoke purée and pickled cockles, and luxurious Cornish lobster bouillabaisse bring the coast to your table. And for game, our Highland venison with caramelised chicory, boulangère potato and elderberry jus, alongside partridge with wild mushroom pressé, capture the rich, earthy flavours of autumn.

    Sustainability remains at the core of everything we do. Our Highland venison comes from estates committed to soil restoration and biodiversity, while our seafood adheres to the Marine Conservation Society Good Fish Guide standards. We work with suppliers such as Wild Farmed for regenerative flour, R Oil for British rapeseed oil, and St Ewe Farm for RSPCA Assured eggs, ensuring every ingredient is responsibly sourced.

    Each of our 30 venues offers a unique setting for your events, whether it’s panoramic London views at Horizon 22 or The Gherkin, Georgian elegance at 116 Pall Mall, or the artistic treasures of Carlton House Terrace and the National Gallery’s Sainsbury Wing. Our historic halls, including Vintners’ and Stationers’ Halls, and institutions like The Royal Institution, allow us to weave centuries of heritage into your event story, making every gathering truly memorable.
