Events Coordinator
Searcys are looking for a an Events Coordinator to join the team at Vintners Hall.
As an Events Coordinator you would be working closely with the Operations Team to coordinate meetings and event enquiries, and assisting with the general administration needs of the Catering Department.

Salary: £30,000- £32,000
This person will be an active member of the Operations Team, striving to always deliver a high-quality service when dealing with internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- To input the information for bookings accurately and efficiently into the online booking system.
- To fully understand the operations of various events by shadowing the Operations Team throughout the execution of events.
- To format and communicate daily menus, including the specific dish allergen labels as required
- To produce menu cards, name cards, and other event-based items, as guided by the Operations Team.
- To manage the stationery to the agreed levels whilst staying within budget.
- To take sales enquiries and assist with sales proposals and quotations as required.
- To develop and maintain relationships with existing key accounts.
- Events and Hospitality experience (desirable)
- Competent IT skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Supportive team player
