Searcys are looking for an Logistic Porter to join the team at 116 Pall Mall.

To assist the Events Operations Manager and the event management team to deliver seamless service to all areas of the department.
Job Type: 0 Hours/Flexible
hourly Rate: £13.85 + Tronc
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the standards of operational set up are adhered to as set out by the Events Operations Manager & Event Manager
- Ensure correct uniform; by you and your team is worn at all times and personal appearance standards are adhered to.
- Correspond and communicate with Clients when required and make sure any requests are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure the Porters Sheet containing the set-ups for the following day is completed by close of business the day before.
- Perform the linen stock take and ensure general tidiness of the linen room
- Ensure the wine store is kept with the expected level of organisation, ensure all deliveries are dealt with in a timely manner and organised efficiently.
- Liaise with supervisors and managers to ensure all room set-ups are managed efficiently, and all updates and changes co-ordinated effectively.
- Ensure you are briefed on all large meetings/events taking place in your working area.
- Ensure the delivery and collection of equipment / supplies both coming in and leaving the building is dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Using the correct delivery and collection labels and check in and out sheet.
- Ensure the rooms are always set up with the correct equipment or is returned to its standard set-up when not required.
- Ensure the furniture stores are always kept tidy, stocked, and prepared with all equipment and stock as required.
