    Searcys Mince Pie & Clementine Martinis: A Festive Delight for you at home holiday celebrations!

    The holiday season is upon us, and what better way to elevate your festive celebrations than with the newly launched Searcys Rum and London Dry Gin, now available for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home! Join us in adding a touch of Searcys to your seasonal merriment with the delightful Searcys Mince Pie & Clementine Martinis. Follow along for a step-by-step guide to crafting this seasonal concoction that’s sure to impress your guests. And remember, order by 2 pm on the 21st of December to ensure your ingredients arrive just in time for Christmas!

    Searcys Mince Pie & Clementine Martinis

    Ingredients:

    Mince Mint Syrup (12 servings):

    • 150g caster sugar
    • 100g mincemeat

    For the Cocktails (2 servings):

    • 75ml Searcys London Dry Gin
    • 50ml Searcys Rum
    • 100ml freshly squeezed clementine juice
    • Ice

    To Garnish:

    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp ground mixed spice
    • 2 cinnamon sticks/dry orange slices

    Step-by-Step Guide:

    1. Prepare the Mince Pie Syrup:

    • In a saucepan, combine 150g caster sugar, 100g mincemeat, and 150ml water.
    • Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring continuously.
    • Once boiled, strain the mixture through a muslin-lined sieve and allow it to cool.
    • Set aside the delicious mincemeat syrup, perfect for 12 servings.

    2. Prepare the Glasses:

    • Mix 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of ground mixed spice on a plate.
    • Rub the rim of your martini glasses with a juicy clementine slice.
    • Dip the glass rims into the sugar and spice mix to create a festive coating.
    • Set the glasses aside for the finishing touch.

    3. Craft the Martinis:

    • In a cocktail shaker, combine 75ml Searcys London Dry Gin, 50ml Searcys Rum, 100ml freshly squeezed clementine juice, 50ml of the prepared mincemeat syrup, and a generous handful of ice.
    • Shake the mixture well until it’s delightfully cold.
    • Strain the mixture and pour it into the prepared martini glasses.

    4. Garnish and Enjoy:

    • Garnish each martini with a cinnamon stick or a slice of dry orange.
    • Sip, savour, and relish the delightful combination of seasonal flavours in your Searcys Mince Pie & Clementine Martinis.
