Think pink this summer at our Searcys at The Gherkin and Whispering Angel Pop-Up

Our summer of rosé pop-up at Searcys at the Gherkin in collaboration with Château d’Esclans’ Whispering Angel has arrived. Popular among celebrities, from Adele to David Beckham, the famous wine brand has exclusively chosen our iconic skyscraper restaurant and bar for its summer activation in the capital. Located in the clouds, on levels 39 and 40 and bedecked in pink, expect rosé by the magnum, a limited-edition afternoon tea and special DJ nights at the Iris Bar with 360° views of the sun setting over London.

Set against the stunning London skyline, the top levels of the Gherkin have been transformed with a bespoke, Instagrammable angel wings installation and an abundance of flowers in every shade of pink. Rosé will be flowing at the bar with Whispering Angel by the glass served from magnum bottles, including specially selected vintages of Whispering Angel Rosé, France Rock Angel Rosé and Château d’Esclans Rosé.

For those who want to dine during the day with breath-taking views over London, there’s a rosé ‘afternoon tea in the sky’ experience, served Monday-Saturday from 12:30pm-3:00pm and featuring a selection of sandwiches, sweet treats, as well as freshly baked scones, perfectly paired with a glass of Whispering Angel, priced at £55 per person.

For a more indulgent all-day dining experience, pair your rosé with contemporary dishes, available at Helix restaurant on level 39 and championing the best of seasonal produce and ingredients from local and sustainable suppliers. Choose from Searcys signature smoked salmon served with horseradish cream and dill pickled cucumber and grilled stone bass topped with tomato and saffron bouillabaisse, and finish with decadent chocolate delice with blood orange compote and coffee ice cream.

As the sun sets, enjoy panoramic views and tunes at the Iris Bar with a Tasting Trio available throughout the week, featuring vintages of Whispering Angel, Rock Angel Rosé and The Pale by Sacha Lichine, all for £25.
