Searcys recent Innovation Forum showcased our seasonal day delegate Nourish Range. This autumn–winter, our Nourish range brings together the expertise of our chefs and nutritionists to create menus that deliver both maximum nutritional benefit and minimal environmental impact.
Every dish is built on a wholefoods-first approach, prioritising high-quality proteins, healthy fats, and plant-rich ingredients that naturally support the brain, gut, and immune system while boosting energy and concentration. Using the Nutritics system, each recipe’s carbon footprint is measured to ensure it remains low to moderate, making it a more sustainable choice.

The menus feature wholesome, seasonal dishes such as quinoa pancakes with wild mushrooms and sunflower seeds, or chilli-spiced cannellini beans with a cured St Ewe’s egg and Wildfarmed sourdough.
Break-time treats embrace natural sweetness, from wholegrain banana and pecan bread to dark chocolate and seed muffins, all baked with nutrient-rich additions like nuts, grains, and superfood powders. Reduced animal protein, increased plant-based options, and lower-sugar breakfasts such as birchers and chia pots complete the offer – striking the balance between health, flavour, and responsibility.

Complementing the food, our drinks range is designed to energise and sustain throughout the season, pairing perfectly with the menus. Expect naturally nourishing options with lower sugar, alongside teas, coffees, and fruit-led choices that highlight the best of the season.
