A Fresh Taste of Artful Hospitality at the National Gallery
24 April 2025Elevating Events at the National Gallery: New Menus, New Experiences
As the National Gallery unveils the reimagined Sainsbury Wing this May, a new era of hosting and hospitality begins. Partnering with the UK’s oldest British caterer, Searcys, the Gallery is proud to introduce refreshed spring/summer menus that promise to delight every palate and elevate every occasion.
Available for daytime events in the Grade I Listed Sainsbury Wing, these bespoke menus feature everything from creative breakfast platters to a standout Summer Grazing Station—showcasing British-sourced sausage rolls, quiches, fresh salads and irresistible sweet treats. Day delegate packages will also include premium refreshments and healthy snacks.
For those looking to impress guests at receptions and private events, Searcys, in collaboration with acclaimed chef Giorgio Locatelli, has curated a selection of refined canapés and bowl food. These will be served alongside a premium bar offering that includes English and Italian wines, reflecting the diverse influences behind the culinary concept.
This launch also marks the debut of four curated event packages designed to inspire business success through the power of art—a nod to the Gallery’s rich cultural legacy.
As Clare Arouche, Head of Events & Hospitality at the National Gallery, says, “We’re thrilled to be working in partnership with such an illustrious caterer as Searcys to provide clients and their delegates with catering that complements the space.”
From world-renowned masterpieces to world-class menus, the National Gallery continues to set the standard for extraordinary experiences in extraordinary spaces.
