Our Venues 

Searcys at The Gherkin

The ultimate destination for a meeting in the heart of the City, with its sky-high views, seasonal menus and extensive cocktail and Champagne lists. Top levels 39 and 40 host the Helix restaurant and Iris bar, available for exclusive hire, as well as lunch meetings with a set two or three-course lunch menu in the main dining room. The boardroom capacity in the private dining rooms on Level 38 at the Gherkin is 32, while there is also space for sit-down dinners of 140. All private dining rooms for conferences, meetings, and events have unrivalled views of the City, catered with an all-day selection of menus.

St Pancras Brasserie and Champagne Bar by Searcys

St Pancras Brasserie and Champagne Bar has the most intimate of all Searcys’ boardroom spaces, with a capacity for 14 guests. The beautifully decorated space doubles up as a wine tasting and private dining room. For larger corporate events, delegate dinners of up to 180 guests can be accommodated.

The HAC

Home of the Honourable Artillery Company, the 5-acre central London estate is perfect for meetings of all sizes across the various bookable rooms. Choose between the 18th-century grandeur of the Armoury House or the modern and stylish Prince Consort Rooms. The boardroom hosts 23 delegates.

30 Euston Square

30 Euston Square has the largest boardroom of any Searcys venue, accommodating 90 people. The award-winning venue in the heart of London is a Grade-II listed venue, integrating an Edwardian façade with modern and contemporary event spaces. With versatile rooms that can cater to a wide range of corporate gatherings and parties, there are multiple spaces for conferences, exhibitions, exams, and meetings, with bedrooms to stay over for multiple days.

The View at Lincoln’s Inn Fields

Searcys’ newest events space and the first new venue of this kind to open in London in 2021, the View has many options for meetings and conferences. The brand new conference and events venue offers panoramic views of the London landscape. The Royal College of Surgeons of England at Lincoln’s Inn Fields is home to over 25,000 members, and the venue has undergone a huge transformation to a sleek new conference and events venue. Meeting and event spaces include a charming library, a range of private meeting rooms, and a rooftop terrace on the 6th floor for presentations and corporate events.

Inner Temple

Set to reopen following a two-year transformation in early 2022, Inner Temple is in the heart of London’s legal district. One of the few remaining Georgian style event halls in the City of London, venue highlights include the Inner Temple Hall, the Parliament Chamber, an intimate space with a grand piano, wood-panelled walls and artwork, and the stunning Lecture Theatre, suitable to host conferences for up to 120 delegates. It also has one of Searcys largest boardrooms, which fits 60 guests.

One Moorgate Place

Home of Chartered Accountants’ Hall, this beautiful grade-II listed venue in the heart of the City of London has a range of versatile rooms that can accommodate all your needs.

The large venue seats 270 people in the theatre for conferences, and 32 in the specially designed meeting room, with a projector screen and podium for presentations.

10-11 Carlton House Terrace

From the relaxed atmosphere of the light and airy Gallery to the more formal surroundings of the Lecture Room, there is a wide range of spaces that can work for a range of meetings or conferences at this Georgian stately home. Carlton House Terrace can host 125 people in the theatre, and 35 in the boardroom.

116 Pall Mall

A magnificent Georgian building in the heart of London, 116 Pall Mall was opened in 1828, and is now home to the Institute of Directors. Delegates can enjoy the five floors of versatile meeting and event spaces in period rooms with many original features. The venue welcomes conferences of up to 1,500 people, with various interlinking and breakout rooms. Meeting rooms can accommodate from 2 to 12 guests, with 30 in an event space, and can be hired by the day, half-day or evening. Interview, board meeting, and theatre-style set-ups are all available with AV equipment.

The Barbican

If the Barbican’s entire theatre is hired out, it can accommodate an enormous capacity of 1,900+ guests, making it ideal for AGMs for large institutions. The more modest boardroom seats 32, while Osteria restaurant also has space for business meetings over lunch and dinner – all set in one of the most iconic Brutalist buildings in the world.

No. 11 Cavendish Square

Located near Oxford Circus, 11 Cavendish Square fits 282 in the theatre space and 24 in the boardroom. All spaces at the venue are equipped with the best technology available for meetings and conferences.

The Royal Institution

Tucked away in a tranquil Mayfair just yards from the hustle and bustle of Piccadilly, the Royal Institution is a unique venue in one of Central London’s finest locations. The home of science and innovation for over 200 years, it’s a prestigious and historic place for business events, with a boardroom of 38 and theatre of 440.
