Sales & Marketing Manager
Searcys are looking for a strategic and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic sales team at 41 Portland Place.
As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Searcys, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising the sales and marketing strategies to ensure 41 Portland Place is able to achieve its annual targets and create lasting memories for our clients and guests.
Located close to Oxford Street, 41 Portland Place, is a newly refurbished venue with a suite of period rooms providing an elegant backdrop to any event.

Hours : Full time
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company and venue goals
Lead, manage, and develop the sales and marketing team
Analyse market trends and client needs to identify new sales opportunities
Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising for the venue
Build and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Monitor and report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed in accordance with business trends
Plan and coordinate promotional events and product launches including brand collaborations
Understand events and restaurant market
- A passion for events & hospitality
- An ambitious individual keen to grow and develop
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager in a hospitality/events venue
- Previous experience leading a team to achieve great results
- Previous experience of working within a client facing corporate environment
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Meticulous administration, coordination and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (internally and externally).
- Proactive and excellent time management.
