Learning and Development Manager
Searcys are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join the team.
As a Learning and Development Manager you will lead initiatives that empower our employees, strengthen our culture, and drive performance.
You will create and deliver training sessions to help our teams develop and grow within our business but also championing how to live and breathe service excellence.

This role will be venue and head office based.

As our Learning and Development Manager, you will design, implement, and oversee L&D strategies that support employee engagement, skill development, and career growth. You will work closely with leaders across the business to ensure training aligns with organisational goals and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a company-wide learning and development strategy
- Conduct training needs analysis and align programs to business priorities
- Design and deliver engaging in-house training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs and feedback
- Manage relationships with external training providers and partners
- Support talent management, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
- Champion a culture of learning, inclusion, and performance improvement
- Proven experience in a similar L&D role
- Have a strong service lead background (restaurants and hotels)
- Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design
- Experience with digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think strategically and deliver operationally
