Chef De Partie
Searcys are looking for a Chef De Partie to join the team at Surveyors House, home of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Surveyors House is a new venue to the Searcys portfolio, opening in September 2024 as a brand-new venue to the market. Comprising of Surveyors House which has 7 spaces and a capacity of up to 110 guests in the main Lecture Hall and Searcys Westminster which is our Bar and Brasserie located next door which has two private dining spaces.
We are looking for personable individuals to join our Kitchen Brigade as Chef de Partie. You will work across a number of different events including conference and banqueting, private dining as well as our Searcys Brasserie. You will get a chance to be creative and work with the finest ingredients and with a team that will nurture you for the future.

Job Type: Full Time up to 45 hours contract
- Monday - Friday predominantly working days, may include evening work
£15ph plus tronc
Key Responsibilities
- To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
- Responsible to manage stock levels of the section you are overseeing including ordering when required.
- Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
- To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to
- Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands on and proactive approach
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and prioritising
- Strong organisational skills
