Searcys have an incredible new venue opening in one of London's most iconic, historical spaces this year and are looking for a dynamic Cafe Bar Assistant Manager to lead the team and the project.
As an Cafe Bar Assistant Manager for Searcys you will supporting the day to management of the Cafe and delivering service excellence to our guests. You will oversee the day to day service and team management in the absence of the Cafe Bar Manager.

The Espresso Bar Assistant Manager will oversee the Cafe Bar, supporting the Cafe Bar Manager and the team to deliver exceptional service, creating and maintaining coffee and service standards while driving sales through upselling and repeat guests.
Salary: £33,000 to £35,000 per year
Working 5 days over 7
Gallery opening hours are 10-6 excluding Fridays that will be 10-9.
Responsibilities:
- You are passionate about Coffee, so will take a pride in delivering an exceptional beverage offer.
- Managing the day to day running of the venue, in the absence of the Cafe Bar Manager.
- Maintain service and operational standards for the Cafe Bar, making use of best practices and efficiencies where possible.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, members and clients
- Nurture a team, ensuring they are supported in their everyday roles.
- Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude throughout service and shifts, acting as a ambassador for the brand.
- Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity.
- Additional duties as assigned or required by the Venue General Manager.

- You have 1-2 years Managerial position
- Have a strong beverage background
- A love of coffee is desirable.
