New for January 2025: Searcys x Everleaf Non-Alcoholic Cocktails
10 January 2025As we kick off 2025, Searcys is offering an exciting way to celebrate Dry January with a specially curated non-alcoholic menu! Whether you’re embracing a teetotal start to the year or simply looking for alcohol-free options, we’ve got you covered with refreshing cocktails and sophisticated wines.
In collaboration with Everleaf, we bring you four beautifully crafted, nature-inspired cocktails made with British ingredients:
- Passion Fruit & Ginger Spritz – A vibrant blend of Everleaf Forest, passion fruit syrup, Fever-Tree ginger ale, lime, ginger, and mint.
- Negroni Sbagliato – A twist on the classic with Everleaf Forest, Everleaf Mountain, bitter syrup, Wild Idol Rosé, and orange zest.
- Ocean Fizz – A crisp combination of Everleaf Marine, elderflower cordial, Fever-Tree lime soda, and mint.
- Sakura Paloma – Everleaf Mountain paired with Fever-Tree pink grapefruit soda and fresh grapefruit for a punchy finish.
Founded by conservation biologist and bar owner Paul Mathew, Everleaf takes inspiration from nature to craft its unique aperitifs. Paul’s deep dive into sustainable sourcing and innovative techniques, such as dehydrating, macerating, and extracting, led to a harmonious blend of surprising yet complementary flavours. From the land and sea, Everleaf uses ingredients like acacia and seaweed to create three distinctive aperitifs.
For the wine enthusiasts wanting to go alcohol free, we’re also offering two options to complement our wine list:
- Wild Idol Sparkling Rosé – A crisp, berry-forward sparkling wine that pairs beautifully with any dish.
- Bottega 0 White – A refined zero-alcohol sparkling wine with a grape-led profile, perfect for any occasion.
Our Searcys Head of Champagne and Drinks Martin Dibben shares his top tips for a successful Dry January in your venue:
- Make Non-Alcoholic Options Visible: Event organisers, take note! Non-alcoholic drinks should be easy to find and available in a variety of options, not just a single beer choice. Guests expect more.
- Offer Variety and Choice: The demand for non-alcoholic drinks at events is growing. Ensure there are diverse, high-quality options to cater to all tastes and preferences.
- Consider the Influencers: Non-drinkers often influence venue selection. Their opinions are important, so make sure your non-alcoholic offerings reflect their needs and expectations.
And finally, Martin says: “Stay Confident in Your Choice: Dry January is about finding balance after the festive season. Don’t give in to peer pressure—feel empowered to stick with your decision to go alcohol-free.”
Whether embracing Dry January or simply exploring alcohol-free options, we’re proud to offer a selection of non-alcoholic cocktails and wines offers an elegant way to savour and celebrate every moment.
