    Searcys is proud to announce a new partnership with Michelin-starred chef Alex Dilling, bringing his refined approach to fine dining to events at Horizon 22.

    The British chef behind the two Michelin-starred restaurant at Hotel Café Royal, Alex Dilling has created an exclusive events menu for Horizon 22 that reflects his signature style: elegant, ingredient-led and deeply rooted in classical technique. Designed for both receptions and seated occasions, the menu features a curated selection of canapés and bowl dishes that balance luxury with approachability.

    Guests can expect dishes such as lobster brioche with charred lemon and basil, buttermilk fried chicken with Stilton crème fraîche and celery, olive oil–poached cod with fregola sarda and shellfish, and beef cheek bourguignon served with pomme purée and smoked Alsace bacon. Each dish has been carefully considered to deliver exceptional flavour while working seamlessly in an events setting.

    A DESTINATION LIKE NO OTHER

    Located on Level 58 of 22 Bishopsgate, the tallest building in the City of London, Horizon 22 is Europe’s highest free public viewing gallery and events space. With breathtaking panoramic views across the capital, the venue offers a truly striking backdrop for events of all kinds.

    The flexible space can host up to 280 guests for seated dinners or 500 for standing receptions, making it ideal for everything from product launches and award ceremonies to gala dinners and private celebrations.

    By collaborating with Alex Dilling, Searcys continues to elevate the culinary offering at Horizon 22, pairing world-class food with one of London’s most remarkable event spaces.

    ABOUT ALEX DILLING

    Alex began his culinary career training under legendary French chef Alain Ducasse at Ardour in New York. Returning to the UK in 2022, he opened his eponymous restaurant at Hotel Café Royal, earning two Michelin stars within months of opening. Known for his exceptional roast chicken and passion for caviar, Alex brings the same precision, creativity and attention to detail to his exclusive collaboration with Searcys.
