A Gusbourne Sparkling Wine Lunch at Searcys Bubbly Show 2026
3 February 2026As part of this year’s Bubbly Show, guests are invited to begin their day with an exclusive Gusbourne English Sparkling Wine Lunch on Friday 6th March—a true celebration of one of England’s most acclaimed sparkling wine producers.
Renowned for its meticulous, vineyard-first approach, Gusbourne crafts estate-grown wines from Kent and West Sussex that combine traditional method winemaking with a modern, precision-led philosophy. The result? Internationally recognized sparkling wines celebrated for their quality, elegance, and consistency.

The lunch begins with a Gusbourne Blanc de Noirs 2020 on arrival, accompanied by canapés including truffle cheese gougères, whipped smoked cod’s roe tartlets with pickled seaweed, and vegan cacio e pepe arancini. A lively Blanc de Blancs 2020 follows, paired with orange-cured salmon with beetroot, buckthorn, and fennel, while the Gusbourne Rosé 2020 perfectly complements lamb with samphire, hispi cabbage, and mint. The culinary journey concludes with the Gusbourne Brut Reserve 2022, paired with a decadent dessert of apple, vanilla, stem ginger, and estate honey.
Head Chef Anthony Coppard has curated this menu with a thoughtful balance of seasonal produce and precise wine pairings—making it the ideal sparkling prelude to The Bubbly Show.

Following lunch, your hospitality package includes full access to The Bubbly Show, where 40 exhibitors showcase the very best in Champagne and English sparkling wine. With over 120 cuvées available to sample, guests can explore new favourites, meet producers, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere at their own pace. The show remains open until 20:00, offering a perfect afternoon and evening of bubbles, bites, and discovery.
