Lychgate Rosé

Bolney Bubbly Rosé

Crafted using the traditional method, this sparkling rosé offers fine bubbles and expressive aromas of wild strawberries, redcurrants and rose petals. Extended lees ageing adds layers of brioche and almond complexity, creating a beautifully balanced wine with freshness, finesse and a delightfully dry finish

Blanc de Blancs

Elegant and refined, Bolney’s Blanc de Blancs showcases the purity of Chardonnay. Expect bright citrus, crisp green apple and delicate stone fruit aromas, complemented by notes of toasted brioche from extended ageing.
