Chef de Partie
Rate: up to £34,540 per annum (plus overtime)
Shifts: Monday - Friday
Contract: Full Time/ Permanent
MAIN PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our premium hospitality team. You’ll work alongside the Senior Chefs to ensure smooth service, assist with preparation and delivery, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in our fine dining kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to premium standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Cook for events, and barbecues in our outdoor spaces, fine dining lunches and dinners, canapés, and hospitality buffets.
- Work on food stations and bespoke menus for internal and external functions.
- Support the Senior Chef in smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Assist with food preparation and timely delivery of courses.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
- Work as part of a supportive team in a professional environment.
The successful candidate will:
- Extensive and demonstrable experience in 5/4 star hotels, Michelin-starred establishments, or equivalent high-calibre corporate kitchens.
- A comprehensive and proven background in fine dining and premium hospitality sectors, with a thorough understanding of culinary excellence and customer expectations.
- Formal culinary education from a recognised culinary institution.
